Our Yoga Lifestyle Coaching service is designed to help you integrate the principles of yoga into your daily life. Whether you’re looking to enhance your physical practice, develop a consistent meditation routine, or cultivate a holistic approach to well-being, our personalized coaching sessions will guide you every step of the way.

  • Personalized Coaching Sessions: One-on-one sessions tailored to your specific needs and goals.

  • Meditation Guidance: Techniques and practices to help you develop a consistent meditation routine.

  • Initial Consultation (Week 1): Discuss your goals, current lifestyle, and any specific needs or challenges.
  • Plan Development (Week 2): Receive your personalized yoga, meditation, and lifestyle plan.
  • Implementation (Weeks 3-8): Start incorporating your customized plan with ongoing support and adjustments.
  • Midpoint Review (Week 4): Evaluate progress and make necessary adjustments to the plan.
  • Final Review and Next Steps (Week 8): Assess overall progress, discuss next steps, and plan for continued growth.
  • Initial Consultation Fee: $50 (deductible from total if service is continued)
  • Monthly Coaching Fee: $200 (includes all personalized plans, sessions, and ongoing support)
  • Payment Options: Monthly or upfront payment plans available. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or online payment portals.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Monthly fees are non-refundable, but services can be paused and resumed as needed.
